working in the Oncology Biometrics Programming department that
oversees and drives the delivery of the statistical programming
aspects of clinical development. Through our data visualization and
reporting solutions, we lead and maintain the end-to-end process of
Analysis and Reporting of the statistical deliverables. Here you
will be supported by leadership and empowered at every level to
prioritize, make bold moves and to think differently and big. Role
The Director, Statistical Programming is accountable for the
leadership, management and development of Programming teams and the
quality of their deliverables. You will also provide significant
input to the initiatives and strategies of the programming
department. You will need to have strong leadership skills along
with a consistent record of managing and working with and within a
global team. Essential for the role Bachelor’s or Master’s (or
local equivalent) degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer
Science, Life or Social Sciences or related field At least 8 years
of industry experience with Masters or 10 years with Bachelors
degree Excellent Communication and Influencing skills Genuine
commitment to drive innovation and improve efficiency Thorough
knowledge of the clinical development process from development
through life cycle management Thorough knowledge of industry
standards, trends and practices Experience in successfully managing
global teams Experience managing budgets and resource projections
Experience working on Oncology clinical trials The annual base pay
for this position ranges from $165,095.20 - $247,642.80. Hourly and
salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when
working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary
depending on multiple individualized factors, including market
location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In
addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus
opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based
long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a
retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment
eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified
retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid
leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug,
dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of
participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an
