Job Description Job Description Graduate of a surgical technology program accredited through ARC/STA (Accreditation Review Committee/Education in Surgical Technology. Required. BLS certificate Required. Individuals trained in the armed forces of the United States will be considered. Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) within one year of hire. Certification must be maintained throughout employment. Two years of recent scrubbing experience in an acute-care facility Preferred .
