government forward! The work: The SAP Data & Analytics Lead is
responsible for leading Data Strategy and Analytics capability for
the S/4HANA program. They will perform end-to-end architecture,
development, and maintenance of high-performance data solutions.
This role governs the creation of robust data pipelines, ensures
enterprise-grade data quality, and oversees complex ETL/migration
strategies. The Manager acts as a strategic advisor to the
business, leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Embedded
Analytics to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive
budgeting, planning, and operational excellence. The Data &
Analytics Lead is responsible for leading complex data modeling,
migration governance, and business intelligence strategy. Key
responsibilities: Data Architecture & Migration -Design and govern
S/4HANA data solutions for generation, collection, and real-time
processing, ensuring a "Clean Core" data strategy Lead the
development of data pipelines and implement advanced ETL/ELT
processes (using tools like SAP Data Intelligence or SAP Data
Services) to migrate legacy data into S/4HANA Oversee Data Quality
and Governance frameworks, establishing standards for data
cleansing, deduplication, and validation to ensure migration
integrity Manage complex data landscapes, ensuring seamless data
flow across SAP and non-SAP systems, including integration with the
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Drive the SAC Strategy,
leading the design and delivery of advanced analytics, planning,
and predictive solutions that influence executive-level business
decisions Supervise the modeling of Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs) and vendor/client data, utilizing the full breadth of SAC
tools (Stories, Analytics Designer, and Predictive Scenarios).
Collaborate with Functional Leads (e.g., O2C, P2P, B2R) to
translate complex business requirements into intuitive dashboards
and real-time reporting solutions Provide expert support for
Planning and Budgeting, ensuring that SAC planning models are
integrated with S/4HANA Finance to drive improved fiscal operations
Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, providing training to
junior specialists on S/4HANA data structures, SAC configuration,
and modern BI techniques Lead work planning, budgeting, and
forecasting for the Data and Analytics workstream, ensuring
deliverables are met within project timelines Ensure adherence to
Accenture delivery methodology for data migration and analytics
workstreams, from Fit-to-Standard through Go-Live Here’s what you
need: 10 years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics, demonstrating
a deep understanding of S/4HANA Data Models, SAP Analytics Cloud,
and SAP BW/4HANA Proven leadership skills, with a track record of
successfully leading large-scale data migrations or BI
transformations Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC/S4 core
modules, specifically focused on Order to Cash (O2C) or Procure to
Pay (P2P) data flows In-depth knowledge of ETL tools and Data
Quality software (e.g., SAP Data Services, Information Steward, or
ADM/BackOffice Associates) Strong communication and interpersonal
skills to effectively collaborate with Chief Data Officers (CDOs),
CFOs, and technical architects Proficiency in project management,
including the ability to manage resource allocation, data cutover
plans, and risk mitigation strategies Ability to align data
initiatives with business goals, such as improving spend
visibility, optimizing inventory, or accelerating the financial
close Nice to have: Experience with Federal Data Standards and
reporting requirements (e.g., DATA Act compliance) Bachelor's
degree in a related field Eligibility requirements: US Citizen (no
dual citizenship) Must be eligible to obtain a government Secret

compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of
California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts,
Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District
of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for
this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for
roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide
array of factors, including but not limited to office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal
