Your Role: Facilities & Community Services Team Member As part of the team that keeps our community clean, safe, and welcoming, you'll help ensure residents, visitors, and coworkers enjoy a beautiful environment built on respect and care. What You'll Do Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations in the Community Building and nearby areas Follow all safety, sanitation, and departmental standards Replace light bulbs and clean lighting fixtures according to assigned schedules Maintain carpets and floor surfaces in assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance Keep equipment in good working order and promptly report needed repairs Clean the Community Center, offices, and public spaces following established schedules and procedures Assist with resident garden home turnover to meet move?in standards Move heavy furniture and complete room setups for meetings and events Assist with trash and recycling collection, storage, and distribution Support Home Management Associates during heavy lifting tasks and annual spring cleaning Work assigned weekend shifts, which may include duties in skilled care units or the Community Center Follow all regulations related to skilled care and independent living areas Attend and maintain all required training, including in?services and Relias modules Report to work during emergency situations and remain on-site if requested by the Facilities Director Find Community.
