Job Description Company Description Full Cup LLC provides mental health counseling and supportive services to those in need, prioritizing authenticity and welcoming various therapeutic modalities. Our goal is to ensure all clients feel cared for and supported, regardless of their background. Our practice operates within a small, intimate space dedicated to offering personalized and comprehensive care. Role Description This is a part time (or more) hybrid (some in person sessions required) role for a Clinician located in Salem, MA. The Clinician will be responsible for providing mental health counseling, developing treatment plans, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, and maintaining thorough documentation of client progress. The Clinician will work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care for clients as well as paticipate in helping us to grow our brand and company mission! Qualifications Proficiency in mental health counseling and therapeutic techniques Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans Strong abilities for conducting individual and group therapy sessions Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills Effective interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Massachusetts Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred Prior experience working with children, families and adolescents preferred (though willing to train the right candidate) Sense of humor and desire to help not only your clients but our community is a must.
