Job Description Job Description Part-Time Marketing Specialist & Webmaster (Consultant) Company: Select Source Solutions Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred) Employment Type: Part-Time Consultant (Up to 90 hours per month) Overview Select Source Solutions is seeking a highly organized and creative Part-Time Marketing Specialist & Webmaster (Consultant) to support strategic marketing initiatives, brand management, and website operations. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a structured, quality-driven environment and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The Consultant will support marketing execution, digital engagement, and website performance while ensuring alignment with our ISO-certified Integrated Management System (IMS). This is a remote consulting opportunity with flexibility, clear deliverables, and measurable impact. Monthly Allocation of Hours: 60 hours/month – Marketing & Communications 30 hours/month – Website Management All tasks will be assigned and tracked through Asana in coordination with the Marketing & Communications Business Unit. Position Objectives The Consultant will contribute to marketing and communications performance by: Developing compelling, brand-aligned content that strengthens market presence and supports business development initiatives Optimizing digital content and website performance through SEO, analytics, and UX best practices Ensuring the company website remains compliant, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational strategy Supporting KPI achievement through data-driven insights and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Campaign Development & Content Creation Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with strategic goals and targeted growth opportunities Create campaign-specific materials supporting industry and agency events Develop and refine messaging aligned with evolving corporate strategy and capture priorities Produce brochures, presentations, newsletters, articles, press releases, digital ads, and related marketing collateral Support partnership marketing initiatives aligned with approved growth areas Maintain and enhance the Branding Style Guide, including associated SOPs and documentation 2. Brand & Graphic Design Support Design and update graphics for marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, and social media Ensure visual assets adhere to brand standards and identity guidelines Maintain and organize shared marketing repositories and digital asset management systems Update branding templates as messaging or visual standards evolve 3. Social Media & Digital Engagement Plan, draft, and schedule social media content across approved platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) Develop campaign-aligned graphics and written content Track engagement metrics and maintain monthly performance reports Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach and engagement 4. Website Management & Optimization Update and maintain website content, including service pages, blogs, case studies, news, and employee features Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and engaging messaging Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices Monitor search rankings and website analytics to recommend performance improvements Improve user experience, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness Monitor uptime, site health, and performance metrics Address broken links, bugs, and technical issues Coordinate security updates and ensure alignment with cybersecurity best practices Maintain analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) Provide monthly reports on traffic, engagement, and conversions Ensure ADA accessibility, privacy, and data protection compliance Research emerging marketing and web tools to recommend innovation and scalability improvements Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, digital content, or web management Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and analytics platforms Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent) Experience supporting brand governance and structured, quality-controlled environments Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal contractors or government-focused organizations Familiarity with ISO-certified environments and quality management systems Experience with AWS Partner marketing programs Knowledge of ADA accessibility standards and digital compliance best practices Work Structure & Reporting Remote, part-time consulting role Up to 90 hours per month Tasks assigned and tracked via Asana Reports to the Marketing & Communications Business Unit Lead Why Join Select Source Solutions?
