detail-oriented and technically skilled Test Technician to support
our Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
performing testing on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) and
data loggers by following defined Acceptance Test Procedures
(ATPs). This role involves updating ATPs to maintain accuracy,
collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, and
working cross-functionally to ensure production goals are met. Key
Responsibilities: Perform testing of PCBAs and data loggers in
accordance with current ATPs. Update and maintain ATPs to ensure
testing processes remain accurate and effective. Collaborate
directly with Engineering to troubleshoot both process-related and
product performance issues. Support production teams
cross-functionally to meet delivery schedules and resolve
test-related challenges. Document test results and communicate any
test failures or anomalies. Contribute to continuous improvement
initiatives focused on quality, reliability, and efficiency.
Qualifications: 2 years of experience in a test or manufacturing
environment working with electronic components or systems.
Familiarity with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters,
Power supplies, data acquisition tools). Ability to read and
interpret technical documents, schematics, and test procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective
verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a
cross-functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within and ERP system. Background in Lean
Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Proficiency with Microsoft
Office and basic data entry/reporting tools. Work Environment:
Fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment. May require
standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 35
lbs. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. OTT

possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We
may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range
may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the
salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not
limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications,
experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance,
shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any
collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational
needs. The compensation range for this role is $27 - $30 USD per
hour. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid
time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible
