Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across designated territories. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic management of sales operations, fostering client relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in B2B sales, business development, and management, with a proven track record in product sales. Reporting directly to the President, this salesperson will sell equipment to biomedical and research facilities in the Washington DC metro area. This role has an annual base salary with performance-based commissions. Responsibilities: - Manage and grow existing customer accounts through effective account management and customer outreach initiatives - Complete sales calls and conduct engaging product demos and presentations to prospective customers, showcasing product features and benefits - Identify new business opportunities via prospecting, networking, and market analysis to expand the customer base - Prepare detailed sales proposals, negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints - Manage a robust sales pipeline and tracks all customer interactions through the company’s CRM software - Prepare weekly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management - Works with marketing team to develop and promote product specials and service expertise — and executes effective email communications on a regular basis - Stays current on new biomedical equipment models, specifications, and technological advancements Qualifications: - Proven experience in B2B, heavy equipment or medical sales, or related fields with a focus on territory management and lead generation - Demonstrated customer experience with the ability to problem-solve and devise solutions for the customer - Familiarity with CRM platforms Company Description Cryo Associates has served the Biotechnology Industry since the late 1960’s as a Service Provider and Supplier of cryogenic equipment and industrial gas.
