is a self-starter with a hunter mentality, skilled in building new
business, managing key accounts, and driving consistent revenue
growth. This role is ideal for someone who is financially
motivated, relationship-driven, and highly credible when engaging
executives, property managers, and insurance carriers. Key
Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts
within assigned markets. Build and maintain trusted relationships
with executives, property managers, and insurance carriers. Manage
the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and account
growth. Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed
annual revenue goals ($1M–$3M). Collaborate with internal teams to
deliver outstanding client experiences. Stay informed on industry
trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications Restoration background preferred but not required,
strong closers from related industries are encouraged to apply.
