This is a full-time, on-site role for a Budtender at The Ryvanta,
located in Middle River, MD. The Budtender will assist customers by
providing product recommendations based on their needs, answer
inquiries about cannabis products, and ensure a positive shopping
experience. This role involves maintaining knowledge of the
dispensary's product offerings, conducting transactions accurately,
and helping with inventory management. Budtenders are also
responsible for following all applicable state laws and company
protocols while upholding the highest standards of customer service
and professionalism. Qualifications Strong knowledge of cannabis
products, including strains, methods of consumption, and
therapeutic uses Excellent communication skills and the ability to
clearly explain product details to customers Proficiency in cash
handling and basic point-of-sale systems Outstanding customer
service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Experience
with inventory management and maintaining stock accuracy Attention
to detail and adherence to regulatory requirements in a
state-certified dispensary Ability to work in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment Previous experience in the cannabis
industry or retail experience is a plus Must meet state
requirements for working in a cannabis dispensary (e.g., age
restrictions, background check)
