WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Maintenance Department is currently seeking a qualified Individual to provide skilled technical services as a Ride Controls / Electronics Tech (Industrial Electrician).
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

• 
  
• Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repair of rides and attractions computerized ride control systems, electrical utilities and equipment in the park and notify management and or Engineering of any hazards, defects, and ride or guest related problems that may endanger the guest, staff and the general public.
  
• Diagnose electro-mechanical problems and initiate required repair work.
  
• Install electrical conduit and wiring; clean electrical equipment and components; maintain controls on rides; maintain ride lighting.
  
• Conduct preventative maintenance on rides, computerized ride control systems, electrical utilities and equipment.
  
  WHAT YOU NEED:
  
  • 
    
  • 3-5 years of related work experience preferred.
    
  • Should have thorough understanding of Allen Bradley PLC's, Allen Bradley, and ABB AC/DC motor drives, and other electrical equipment theory and operation.
    
  • Must possess the ability to work at heights 200 feet or more above grade.
    
  • Knowledge of electrical test equipment (i.e. mega/micro ohm meter, volt meter, current meter, and other various pieces of test equipment.
    
  • Will be required to work various shifts as project and Park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays.
    
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of guests, co-workers and park management in a fast-paced environment.
    
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
    
  • Must possess the ability to stand for long periods of time, climb stairs and ladders repeatedly, bend, stoop, twist, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and work overhead using both hands. Assist in ride evacuations, lift 50lbs without injury and work in the extreme temperatures.
