Freight Coordinator


Established and Respected Logistics Company is looking for Freight Coordinators to coordinate inbound load deliveries and appointments. Full time and part time applicants will be considered. Positions are domiciled in Pico Rivera, California or Columbia, Maryland.

Required Skills

• Experience in the freight transportation industry preferred.
  
• Must have excellent grammar, typing skills, and customer service skills. Must be comfortable on the phone and well spoken.
  
• Clerical duties include filing, e-mailing, commercial appointment setting, and web-based activities.
  
• Good organization skills and the ability to change between tasks quickly is a must.
  
• Computer proficiency is also important, including knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  
• This can be a fast-paced job, so the ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, manage their time effectively, and multi-task efficiently.
