ResponsibilitiesThe focus of this position is to support business analysis and program evaluation within a fast paced environment for a Department of Homeland Security client. The candidate will support the Program Planning and Evaluation Directorate to analyze and project progress, as well as support the design, planning, and execution of new projects, including the development of project related deliverables that promote stakeholder buy-in and ensure successful adoption of project goals. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for the client to gather input and coordinate with other team members to ensure project activities are appropriately meeting both internal team member and external client expectations. This will include independently managing workload and tasks, as well as ensuring delivery of high-quality deliverables. High level job duties including:

  • Work with government client to understand their operations and business processes, and provide analysis and recommendations to improve efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for daily client needs.
  • Support regular meetings with client to gather information regarding existing processes, operational metrics, and organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with team to create deliverables that clearly synthesize information into recommendations for improving clients business processes and operations.
  • Present recommendations to clients in meetings and facilitate discussions on those items.
  • Develop and implement business process improvements for the client. QualificationsThe following qualifications are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:
    • Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience
    • General management consulting experience client facing
    • Program analysis experience
    • Ability to lead and work alongside senior level leaders
    • Demonstrated experience in communicating to varied audiences in both formal and informal ways, including presenting briefings and other forms of public speaking
    • Organized, flexible, adaptable, team oriented, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous situations
    • Ability to secure a public trust clearance
    • Bachelors or higher degree related to the scope of the contractThe following experience/education/skills are PREFERRED to be considered for this role:
