ResponsibilitiesOur consultants on the Advanced Analytics & Intelligent Automation team help clients maximize the value of their data and automate business processes. This high performing team works with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science, from data engineering, data querying and wrangling, to data visualization and dashboarding, to predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence as well as robotic process automation (RPA). Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness. Our consultants focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.Provide subject matter expertise on client engagements involving workforce / human capital analytics.Mentor junior team members in analytics and qualitative analysis pertaining to workforce / human capital.Support business development efforts (RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, white papers, etc.) for workforce / human capital analytics. QualificationsRequired:US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.B.S./B.A. in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or similar quantitative and computational discipline.5+ years of relevant professional experience.Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for workforce and human capital needs.Assess workforce skills and capabilities of an organization's current state as well as future needs guided by understanding their strategic vision and mission.Determine data requirements for analyses and designing a means to efficiently collect data.Build workload staffing models (e.g., manpower models, staffing allocation models, etc.) and models that produce multiyear forecasts.Conduct statistical, econometric, predictive, operations research, and machine learning analysis.Query data using SQL.Process and analyze data using R, Python, or SAS.Visualize data using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.Identify client needs, communicate effectively, build relationships, and design and implement solutions.Ability to lead teams as well as work independently.Support business development including RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and white papers.-- -Preferred:M.S./M.A. in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or similar quantitative and computational discipline.10+ years of relevant professional experience.Experience supporting Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities.Experience leading teams.Experience supporting business development including RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and white papers.Experience in the Federal sector: national security, defense, healthcare, financial services, or state and local government.
