part-time position located in Joondalup. The roster is 30 hours per
fortnight, [Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 8.45am - 1.45pm].What
you'll bring to the roleTo succeed in this role, you'll
consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We'd love you to
have:
- Experience in customer service environment and the ability to
achieve targets
- Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate
transactions with a risk mindset
- Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face
to face and over the phone
- Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank
different
- Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work
together and achieve our goals
- Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but
