Job Description:

Community Impact and Partnerships team is dedicated to maintaining
momentum by fostering opportunities for employees to give back
together. The assigned intern will assist in the operations and
coordination of various Community Impact and Partnerships programs.
This role requires strong organizational skills, strategic
thinking, tactical execution, and effective communication. The
intern will work collaboratively with diverse partners across the
organization. Responsibilities
- Manage operational components of Community Impact and
Partnership programs and events to include:
- Schedule meetings
- Documentation of meeting minutes
- Project coordination and support of volunteer events
- Operational tools such as inboxes, service tickets, and
calendars
- Operating procedures and playbooks
- Develop continuous improvement tools to gather feedback and
implement process improvements.
- Event coordination and support (in person and virtual) to
include:
- Volunteer Appreciation Week
- Volunteer events across the enterprise
- Corporate campaigns and observances with employee
activation
- Administration of a Community Impact and Partnerships software
system; inputting events, processing sponsorship workflows, pulling
reports, etc.
- Support the production of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
such as volunteer hours and philanthropic giving
- Other duties assigned Qualifications
- Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited
college/university
- Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment to make sound
decisions
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Desired - Strong academic record as evidenced by a 3.0 or
higher GPA
- Desired - Communication with impact and be committed to
self-development
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
skills
- Effective research, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail
and meeting deadlines
- Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills
- Effective organizational, planning and time management
skills
- Must be pursing degree from an accredited
