Client Success Implementation Specialists onboard new Indeed Hiring
Platform Inside Sales clients and function as the primary point of
contact for overall, operational, and technical client contacts
during implementation. Implementation Specialists ensure effective
new user and product onboarding for IHP. Your passion for learning
new technologies, your ability to navigate ambiguity and bring
clarity to a dynamic process and your commitment to ensuring
clients find success in our new platform will ultimately help more
organizations find and hire great people.
- Become an IHP expert, developing a firm grasp on the
implementation process and solution this product aims to provide
- Lead our new customers through a defined implementation process
to get them up and running.
- Advise our customers on best practices and understand/document
- Identify any expectation management issues and reconcile them
- Surface any project risks for integrations or upcoming go live
- Support our customers with any go live questions, challenges or
concerns they may have.
- Communicate effectively around success criteria within the
project team (Sales & Client Success reps) and external
- Seamlessly transition IHP clients to our Customer Success team
upon completion of requested services.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- 6+ months experience in conducting implementations for a SaaS
platform, or within the HR Tech/recruitment space.
- Experience working with client escalations, running enablement
programs one-on-one with clients or hosted enablement webinars that
include two or more clients at once.
- Strong organizational & project management skills.
- A great communicator - both verbally & written. Somebody who has
outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Driven by client centricity, passionate about delivering great
value & experiences to clients and ensuring their success.
- Comfortable with identifying pain points in existing processes,
and making recommendations for improvements / willingness to adapt
to process changes. -
- Skilled in speaking with technical and non-technical parties.
- Excited to be part of a new team focused on guaranteeing
successful onboarding and ongoing enablement experiences for
Indeed's IHP customers.

**SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER**
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed
salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending
on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and
performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's
total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include
quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time
