Job Description:

Leading Maryland law firm with four office locations seeks intelligent, hardworking, legal assistant for the position of Litigation Paralegal. The successful candidate should be detailed oriented; possess excellent organizational skills; have the ability to communicate well both written and verbally; and be able to present information logically and handle complex litigation files effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines. Must be a team player.

Responsibilities:
--- Requesting, analyzing, and summarizing documents and records
--- Matter and discovery organization
--- Conducting fact investigations and analysis
--- Oral and written communications with clients, opposing counsel, providers, consultants and experts
--- Assisting in deposition and trial preparation
--- Very strong technology skills and the commitment to advance in the use of litigation support, document management, and trial preparation software

A minimum of two years experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Litigation Paralegal experience in the Medical Malpractice area.
