Job Description:
At ManTech, a leader in national security technologies, we are
seeking a skilled Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Technician to
support our mission-critical programs. This role involves
deploying, maintaining, and optimizing VoIP solutions, ensuring
robust and secure voice communication for federal agencies. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications
and network systems, with a focus on VoIP technology and security
concerns inherent to national defense communications. Install,
configure, and maintain VoIP systems and associated hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice quality and system
performance. Collaborate with network engineers to ensure smooth
and secure integration of VoIP systems. Conduct regular system
audits and upgrades to ensure security compliance. Provide
technical support and training to users on new VoIP features and
functionalities. Proficiency in VoIP technologies and IP telephony.
Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Network Professional (CNP),
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or similar.
