Job Description:
ManTech, a leader in providing cutting-edge technologies and
solutions for mission-critical national security roles, is
currently seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support our
dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for
managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our computer systems and
servers, ensuring operational excellence and secure services for
our network of government partners. This position offers the
opportunity to work on vital projects that have direct impacts on
national security. Install, configure and support local area
network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems.
Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific
users. Evaluate and modify system's performance, identify user
needs, and ensure system compatibility. Maintain integrity of the
network, server deployment, and security. Ensure network
connectivity of all workstations. Administer servers, desktop
computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, software
deployment, security updates and patches. Proficiency with
configuring and maintaining UNIX/Linux and Windows environments.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP,
LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory. Experience with
virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V. Knowledge
of system security techniques and firewall management. Ability to
troubleshoot complex technical issues. CompTIA Security Microsoft
Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Cisco Certified Network
Associate (CCNA)
