Job Description:

Vantor, Inc., a leader in providing innovative AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and cloud services, is seeking an experienced Data Infrastructure Engineer to join our expanding team. This role focuses on the development and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure essential for our advanced analytics and business intelligence operations. As a key member of our IT department, the Data Infrastructure Engineer will design, build, and optimize systems that store, process, and analyze large datasets, supporting Vantors commitment to driving digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency. Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems. Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry practices. Develop and improve data architectures, including databases, large scale processing systems, and other backend data systems. Collaborate with data scientists and analytics teams to optimize data flow and collection to support data initiatives. Monitor data performance and modify infrastructure as needed. Implement robust data security measures and ensure compliance with data standards and policies. Expertise in database management, data processing technologies, and developing large scale data infrastructures. Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Proficiency with Hadoop-based technologies like HDFS, Hive, and Pig or Apache Spark. Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, Java, or Scala. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and API integrations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
