seeking an experienced Mid-Level Mosaic Application Trainer to join
our dedicated team. This role is tailored for someone who thrives
in educating and empowering government personnel through expert-led
training and comprehensive knowledge transfer on the Mosaic
software suite. The ideal candidate will contribute directly to our
mission of driving digital transformation and operational
efficiency within public sector entities by enhancing user
competency and optimizing application utilization. Develop and
deliver engaging training modules for the Mosaic application
suitable for a government audience. Assess training needs and
tailor sessions according to varying user competencies. Provide
ongoing support and refresher programs to ensure software
proficiency and resolve user-specific issues. Collaborate with IT
and government agencies to align training with strategic objectives
and operational demands. Conduct evaluations to measure training
effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback. Proven
ability to teach complex software systems in an accessible manner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the
Mosaic software suite. Capability to design educational material
and presentations. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to
work independently and collaboratively. 401k Certified Training &
Development Professional (CTDP) or similar. Mosaic software
certification.
