Job Description:
ManTech, a leader in providing cutting-edge technology solutions
for national security programs, is currently seeking a Senior
Computer Network Operations (CNO) Developer with a deep
understanding of cybersecurity and systems engineering. This role
involves designing and implementing strategic solutions to protect
national security information and infrastructure. The ideal
candidate will leverage their expertise in development and reverse
engineering to create robust, secure communications tools and
software platforms. Design and develop new CNO tools and
techniques. Maintain and improve the existing CNO infrastructure.
Conduct reverse engineering of existing technologies to enhance
security measures. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to define
system security requirements. Oversee the full lifecycle of
software development from concept to deployment ensuring compliance
with security protocols. Document technical processes, and
protocols and provide guidance to junior developers and analysts.
Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and security
standards. Proficient in C, C++, and Assembly language. Experience
with reverse engineering tools such as IDA Pro, OllyDbg. Knowledge
of common exploit mitigations and software vulnerability
assessment. Strong understanding of Windows internals or Linux/Unix
variants. Familiarity with network protocols and packet analysis.
Ability to create and manage Docker and Kubernetes environments.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
