This individual will need to be ambitious, work independently, and also mentor and lead the developers & business process consultants. The ability to handle change ambiguity and excellent time management will be critical in this role.Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed:---Understand customer critical business issues requirements and outcomes---Draft solutions (Design/Build/Manage) defining scope timelines assumptions and dependencies---Incorporate IBM best practices & accelerators to complement ServiceNow module & capabilitiesDMV/Washington,DC Metro area candidates strongly preferred.This hybrid role will be required to work in office Monday through Thursday.Required educationHigh School Diploma/GEDPreferred educationBachelor's DegreeRequired technical and professional expertise

• At least 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow system implementation specialist or similar role
• Experience implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
• SSO integration experience with Okta
• Implementing configuring and customizing ServiceNow per client requirements
• Domain separation ServiceNow instance experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust ClearancePreferred technical and professional experience
