Job Description Job Description Shift: Nights – 36 or 48 hours/week Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend On-Call Requirement: 4 call shifts per 6-week schedule Floating: Required within units of equal or lower acuity Daily Census: 1-8 patients Scrub Color: Navy Blue Requirements Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Post-cardiac surgery care (not directly from OR) POD1 heart patient management Admitting fresh heart patients Ventilator management Pacer management: temporary/transvenous pacers Chest tube assistance (insertion/removal) Experience with lumbar drains Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
