Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing
top talent for a variety of positions within the manufacturing
facilities and industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have
a proven track record of successfully recruiting in the
manufacturing and industrial space, a strong understanding of the
industry's talent landscape, and the ability to build strong
relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a
variety of Manufacturing and Industrial positions, including but
not limited to: General Laborer, Maintenance Technicians, and
more.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract both
active and passive candidates, utilizing various channels such as
job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and
industry-specific platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications
and fit for open positions.
Conduct phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to evaluate
candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their
specific needs and provide regular updates on candidate
progress.
Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and
professional interaction throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews and manage the scheduling process
efficiently.
Prepare and extend offer letters and manage the onboarding process
in collaboration with HR.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant
Tracking System (ATS), Smart Recruiters.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and
competitor hiring practices to ensure effective recruitment
strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and
potential candidates.
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and
regulations.
Potentially assist with other HR-related projects as needed.
Availability for 100% onsite work.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruitment
experience, with a strong focus on Manufacturing and Industrial
roles.
Proven ability to source and recruit candidates for a wide range of
technical and operational positions within the
manufacturing/industrial sector.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial
environments, and related skill sets.
Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques,
including job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter), social
media, and industry-specific platforms.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Smart Recruiters
or other similar systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation
skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and
hiring managers.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field preferred.
