performance. THE OPPORTUNITY As the HRIS and HR Analyst at Xactly
Corporation, you'll learn from some of the best and brightest HR
and IT professionals in the SaaS space. You will have the
opportunity to leverage your skills in both the technical and
strategic domains within HR. You will learn to support,
troubleshoot, and train others on internal systems including
Workday, Xactly Objectives (bonus tool), Hirebridge (Applicant
Tracking System), Lessonly/Docebo (Learning Management Systems),
and Glint (Employee Engagement Platform). HR Data Analytics are an
important part of our business and our culture of continuous
improvement. In this role, you will partner with IT, HR, and
Finance employees to understand requirements, develop efficient
data gathering processes, and display metrics for executive
leadership, our parent company, and the Board of Directors. You
will utilize your project management skills by leading enhancements
to any of our existing programs or processes and ensuring data
analytics are prepared on time. We have many exciting projects that
combine knowledge of HR and technical/analytical skills. At Xactly,
