TYPE OF SECOND CHEF - DEPUTY CHEF WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're searching
for someone who can meet the following qualifications: Basic
understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques and
cooking procedures Ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to
work well as part of a team High school or vocational coursework in
kitchen basics is preferred. WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SECOND CHEF -
DEPUTY CHEF This is a full-time cooking position with shifts during
business hours, 11:30 AM–12 AM . In this culinary role, you'll
oversee kitchen operations during service, ensuring every dish
meets our standards for quality and timing. You'll maintain a
clean, organized kitchen, uphold health and safety codes, and
assist with ordering and inventory. Each day, you'll combine
leadership with hands-on cooking to keep the kitchen running
