enthusiastic and experienced General Manager. If you're passionate

business. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
Responsibilities: Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed
company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations,
and food safety standards. Oversee financial performance, including
budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss. Guide and
mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and
adherence to Papa John’s standards. Manage inventory levels and
ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or
shortages, while reducing waste. Qualifications: Solid experience
in financial management, including budgeting and profit and loss
analysis. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the
store, the bank, and required meetings. Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive
and engaging atmosphere. 3 years of restaurant management
experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced
environments. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage
