You will lead the team to deliver excellent customer experiences, increase sales, and uphold store standards, utilizing our advanced Point of Sale system.Duties:
  • Deliver and sustain a high level of customer service
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock management
  • Support the Store Manager in driving store success
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to meet targets
  • Coach, develop, and mentor team membersSkills & Experience:
    • Previous retail or customer service experience
    • Passion for coaching and developing teams
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
    • Ability to foster a customer service culture
    • Proven performance-driven mindset
