Position Details

• Seeking an experienced APP; nephrology experience strongly preferred
• Combination of outpatient nephrology and dialysis responsibilities, including rounding at multiple dialysis locations
• Responsibilities include office follow-up visits, same-day/emergent add-ons, and supporting physician efficiency and patient flow
• Collegial small-practice environment located in a modern shared medical office building alongside Urology and Cancer Care services.
