Job Description Behavioral Healthcare Corporation, (www.bhc-pa.com) a Lancaster, PA based, premier provider of site based and mobile multi-disciplinary mental health services, is seeking experienced Part Time and/or Full Time (24-40hrs, 3-5 days a week) Psychotherapists for Lancaster County, PA. Requirements: · Master’s degree including practicum/internship and relevant clinical discipline, Licensed preferred. · Minimum of 2 years post graduate relevant psychiatric clinical experience. · Prior clinical experience working with a multidisciplinary team. · The ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues and clients alike. · Creative problem solving and multitasking skills. · The ability to discuss one's own limitations and mistakes. · Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. · Maintaining a sense of humor during demanding moments. · Bilingual preferred Candidate can expect: · Flexible hours and a competitive salary. · Benefits above the typical community standards. · A typical orientation period of 60-90 days. · Inclusion in a team that respects, supports and likes each other. · Individual and team supervision.
