Program | Leadership & Staff Roles Available This cardiothoracic
surgery APP opportunity with West Virginia University offers the
rare chance to help build a brand-new cardiac surgery program from
the ground up. Based in Eastern West Virginia, this role is ideal
for providers who want to shape workflows and establish a
high-functioning surgical team. The program is hiring a Lead APP
with vein harvesting experience as well as additional APPs, making

cardiothoracic surgery. Practice Overview Join the WVU Heart &
Vascular Institute in launching a new cardiothoracic surgery
program Focus on vein harvesting, perioperative care, and surgical
support Leadership opportunity to help develop protocols,
workflows, and team structure Additional APP roles offering
hands-on surgical experience and long-term growth Supportive
environment with resources in place as volume builds Schedule
Full-time role with a mix of OR time, inpatient care, and program
development Shared call rotation (1:3) as the team expands
