Job Description:

organization, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Homecare to
join our community-oriented team in Silver Spring. This role
focuses on providing top-notch physical therapy services in
patients' homes, empowering them towards greater independence and
enhanced quality of life following MedStar Health’s standards of
excellence. The successful candidate will design and implement
rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs while
adhering to the highest standards of healthcare practice. Assess
patient conditions and needs through physical examinations and
medical history overview. Develop and implement tailored
rehabilitation programs that foster patient recovery and improve
physical functions. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans and home exercises. Regularly evaluate patient
progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Coordinate with
healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Document patient
care and outcomes diligently to maintain high standards of
healthcare compliance. Expertise in physical therapy techniques and
treatments for homecare settings. Strong communication skills for
effective patient and family interactions. Ability to adapt
treatment plans to changing health conditions. Proficient in the
use of physical therapy equipment and technology. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current
physical therapy license in the state of Maryland. Valid CPR
certification.
