Job Description Family Medicine Opening in Fairfax, SC Located
90 miles from Charleston Position Details: Full-time, permanent
Medical Provider is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family
Medicine physician to join an existing practice group Work schedule
M-F (most Providers work 4.5 days per week) Call schedule By phone
only and for our patients only 1 week about every 21 weeks Provider
just needs to have internet access to chart after hours notes
Contract states MDs see 18-25 per day We are a federally funded
health center with focus on quality measures and taking care of the
patients Compensation and Benefits: $195k-$275k Relocation or
Signing bonus of $10,000 for 2 year contract Benefits Comprehensive

holidays
