(40 hours/week) About Client A healthcare organization providing
community-based palliative and hospice services. The organization
focuses on collaborative care delivery, patient-centered treatment
plans, and strong clinical support across home and facility
settings. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $105,000–$115,000
per year Starting Bonus: $10,000 first-year bonus Shift:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no weekends, on-call, or holidays

Summary The Palliative Nurse Practitioner collaborates with care
teams to manage and deliver patient care plans in community and
facility settings, supporting patients and families through
high-quality palliative care services in the Mechanicsburg area.
Key Responsibilities Provide management and delivery of patient
care plans in facilities and communities Collaborate with the care
team Support patients in Mechanicsburg and surrounding areas
Minimum Requirements Master’s degree or higher in Nursing Minimum 2
years of clinical experience At least 1 year of experience in
hospice, palliative care, or home health Active Registered Nurse
and Nurse Practitioner licenses in Pennsylvania Valid AHA BLS or
ACLS certification Ideal Qualifications Bachelor of Science in
Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing Master of Science in
Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing Five years of clinical
experience Experience in community-based home health or
