healthcare. Essential Functions: Provide direct patient care under
the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Observe and
report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN.
Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory
orders. Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care
accurately. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Maintain a clean
and safe patient environment. Adhere to established policies,
procedures, and protocols for nursing care. Respond promptly to
emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Requirements:
Valid New Jersey LPN license. Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing
particularly in sub-acute care and assisted living. Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to
work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Understanding
of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and patient
care standards. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a
fast-paced environment. CPR and BLS certifications. Flu vaccination
required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift, and
move patients for extended periods. Manual dexterity to operate
medical equipment. Work Environment Healthcare setting, long-term
care, memory care, nursing home, with potential exposure to
infectious diseases. Requires adherence to safety protocols and use
of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to work shifts,
including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Benefits

Per Diem team members are required to work at least two (2) shifts
a month and could be asked to work more if there is a company need.
