What Youll Be Doing (Besides Changing Lives) Provide individual, family, and group therapy. Develop treatment plans. Maintain case notes and clinical documentation. Collaborate with a supportive team that enjoys working together. Carry a caseload of 2830 weekly billable sessions , with built-in flexibility. What You Bring to the Table Active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD . Strong skills in treatment planning and clinical documentation. A passion for mental health and openness to innovative, client-centered care. Why Youll Love Working Here W2 position : $78,000$90,000 compensation package based on experience $2,000 bonus for reaching 25 billable clients within 6 weeks.
