The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate compassionate care with scientifically-backed physical therapy techniques, adhering to MedStar Healths commitment to excellence in a patient-first healthcare environment. Assess patient health condition and therapy needs via physical examinations and consultations. Develop personalized care plans based on patient needs and physician directives. Implement physical therapy interventions effectively, adhering to safety protocols. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises. Regularly document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Proficient in various physical therapy techniques and tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously in a home setting. Excellent patient assessment skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist state license. CPR certification preferred.
