Full-Time Anesthesiologist - Baltimore, MD Board Certified or
Board Eligible in Anesthesiology A leading healthcare system in
Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a Full-Time Anesthesiologist to join
its growing anesthesia team. This position offers a balanced mix of
professional fulfillment, academic engagement, and excellent
compensation in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Position
Overview•Full-time, employed opportunity providing general
anesthesia services across multiple specialties•Diverse case mix:
general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, cardiac, thoracic,
pediatrics, oncology, and trauma•Collaborative team environment
with CRNAs and other anesthesiologists•Teaching opportunities
available for residents and medical students•Weekend call optional,
with additional pay availableCompensation & Benefits•Base salary:
$460,000 for call-taking generalists•Sign-on bonus: $50,000•General
call stipend: $40,000•Total compensation potential of up to
$600,000 with optional weekend call ($7,200 per 24-hour call)•Extra
call pay: $250-$290/hour•8 weeks of paid vacation•Comprehensive
benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage•CME,
tuition, and licensure reimbursement•Up to $30,000/year employer
contribution toward retirement plansQualifications•MD or DO from an
accredited institution•Board Certified or Board Eligible in
