Therapy is seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Psychologists to
join our mission of providing in-person psychotherapy services to
the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled
Nursing Facilities including sub-acute, long-term care, and
assisted livings throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD. As a clinician

(Full-Time) Key Responsibilities: - Conduct individual and group
psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled
nursing facility. - Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of
emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression,
anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline. - Develop and
implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of
each patient. - Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary
teams, and family members to support patient care. - Maintain
accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with
regulatory standards using our clinician-designed electronic
medical/health system (EHR). - Monitor patient progress and adjust
treatment plans as needed. Requirements: - Doctoral degree (Ph.D.
or Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology for an accredited institution. -
Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in
State applying for. - Effective oral and written communication in
English - Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic
health records (EHR). - Strong organizational and documentation
skills, with attention to regulatory compliance. - Ability to
provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45
minutes. - Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms
and offices within the facility throughout the day. - Full
Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous clinical experience in a
subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting. -
History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders. -
Psych or Addictions experience is a plus. - Excellent time
