Join Our Team as a Locum Physician - OB Hospitalist in West Chester, PA We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OB Hospitalist to provide exceptional obstetric care on weekends in West Chester, PA. Required Skills: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution Valid medical license to practice in Pennsylvania Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology Proven experience in inpatient obstetric care and hospitalist duties Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in a hospitalist or locum tenens setting Ability to manage high-risk pregnancies and emergency obstetric cases Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual skills or additional languages are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology Previous locum or hospitalist experience preferred but not required Other Requirements: Availability to work on weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays Willingness to participate in all relevant credentialing and compliance processes Certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Travel and licensure reimbursement when applicable This opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $234.00, along with comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, full medical coverage (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable laws.
