Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/28/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: RN – Medical Surgical Location: York, PA 17403 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour (18:45 – 07:15) Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $2,074.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $828.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,246.00 Per Week Job Requirements: Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with medical-surgical conditions including COPD, CHF, stroke overflow, and post-tracheostomy care. Perform IV therapy, central/PICC line management, blood product administration, and respiratory support (CPAP, BiPAP, HFNC). Monitor patients on telemetry, document accurately in EPIC, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Follow infection control protocols, support safety initiatives, and assist with charge duties as needed.
