Responsibilities Working one on one in a client's home Complete Nursing Assessment Administer medication & treatments according to The Physician's Plan of Care Document clinical notes in a clear and concise manner Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc. Skills Proven experience as LPN or similar role Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology Good knowledge of MS Office and data entry Perfect physical condition and stamina Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and able to handle stress Successful completion of LPN license program is a must JOB REQUIREMENTS - Licensed Practical Nurse - Confidence to work independently - Active/unrestricted Nursing License in the State of Maryland or compact state - - Valid CPR/BLS - G-tube experience required - Pediatric experience required AVAILABLE SHIFT: Flexible Daytime Hours Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: From $35.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Free parking Referral program Medical specialties: Home Health Pediatrics Standard shift: Day shift Evening shift Night shift Overnight shift Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: CHHC follow State and CDC COVID-19 guidelines.
