Education , reporting to the Vice President of Education, you'll
design and implement dynamic educational programs that meet the
evolving needs of accountable care organizations (ACOs), healthcare
providers, and policy leaders working to improve outcomes and
reduce costs.Who We AreThe National Association of ACOs (NAACOS) is
amember-led and member-owned nonprofit that is exclusively focused
on the needs of accountable care organizations (ACOs) and other
value-based care programs. We represent more than 9 million
beneficiary lives and over 480 ACOs nation-wide across Medicare,
Medicaid, and commercial insurance programs. We advocate for
accountable care models, deliver timely and relevant education, and
foster a community of shared learning and collaboration in order to
improve the quality of care for patients and reduce health care
costs.What You'll DoThis is a full-time (40 hrs/week) position with
the following essential duties and responsibilities:Other duties
may be assigned to support our organization.
- Design and execute learning experiences, including in-person
and virtual trainings, boot camps, webinars, and affinity groups,
that meet the ongoing learning needs of ACOs.
- Collaborate with experts and stakeholders , including NAACOS
staff, leadership, members, and external partners, to identify
emerging learning needs, shape learning programs, and manage
participation in learning activities.
- Manage learning technologies , including education-related
website content, LMS platforms and event production tools, to
deliver high-quality, accessible content.
- Evaluate program impact through surveys, engagement metrics,
and member feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the NAACOS community by monitoring member forums and
curating topics and resources that align with current needs and
priorities.
- Contribute to communication and promotional efforts , including
developing content for websites, presentations, and other materials
to promote educational events.
- Travel to two national conferences in the Baltimore-Washington,
D.C area and up to six regional meetings each year (minimum) to
engage with members and colleagues, share knowledge, and support

- Competitive compensation. The starting salary range for this
position is $90,000-$115,000 per year.

deliveryWhat You BringThe required qualifications for success in
this role include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health care service management
and/or ACO management and/or value-based care programs. Experience
in a professional society or membership organization is a
plus.
- Bachelor's degree required preferably in business
administration, education, or health care, or a related field.
- Experience developing teaching materials for health care staff
and providers.
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into engaging and
practical content for professionals, including ACO executives.
- Experience managing educational events/programs and
technologies , including LMS platforms and virtual learning
tools.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills , with the
ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and lead
cross-functional initiatives. Understanding how to market offerings
is a plus.
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and
mission-driven environment.
- Experience supervising staff preferred.Physical
RequirementsThis is primarily a sedentary, remote office-based
position that requires the ability to:
- Sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time, with
occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Frequently use hands and fingers for typing, handling
documents, and using standard office equipment (computer, phone,
printer, etc.).
- Clearly and effectively communicate via phone, video
conferencing, email, and chat.
- Occasionally lift or carry materials up to 30 pounds (e.g., for
events or presentations).
- Travel domestically for at least eight events annually, which
may include extended hours, standing, walking, and light lifting
during conferences or meetings.Reasonable accommodations may be
