AI&D Engagement and Go-to-Market (GTM) LeadWhat you will
doLet's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role, you
will create and own the go-to-market playbook and plan for the AI
product organization. Increase AI fluency and readiness, measured
via engagement metrics, feedback, and adoption rates by building
robust, scalable education and training programs tailored to senior
leadership and broader teams.Responsibilities:
- AI Literacy: Drive AI literacy initiatives across Amgen, with
an initial focus on senior executives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product,
technology, and product teams to align educational programs and GTM
strategies with business goals.
- Change Enablement: Influence cultural transformation by
designing communication and engagement strategies that drive
organizational alignment on AI initiatives.
- GTM Strategy: Lead the development and execution of AI&D's
go-to-market (GTM) strategy playbook for products, ensuring
alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Education & Engagement Program Design: Develop tailored AI
literacy programs and training modules for senior leadership and
key stakeholders.
- GTM Playbook Development: Create a comprehensive, scalable GTM
playbook that standardizes the approach for launching AI and Data
products.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with cross-functional teams to
ensure cohesive messaging and clear articulation of AI's value
across the organization.
- Talent & Workforce Planning: Identify and recruit top talent
(internal and external) to build a lean but effective Community
Engagement and Education team.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on the
effectiveness of education programs and GTM initiatives.What we

leader with these qualifications.Basic Qualifications:Doctorate
degree and 3 years of Information technology or Go to Market
experience, or Masters degree and 7 years of Information technology
or Go to Market experience, or Bachelors degree and 9 years of
Information technology or Go to Market experience, or Associates
degree and 12 years of Information technology or Go to Market
experience, or High school diploma / GED and 14 years of
Information technology or Go to Market experience.In addition to
meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have a
minimum of 3 years experience directly managing people and/or
leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or
directing the allocation of resources.Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience in community
engagement, technology education, or GTM strategy roles.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills
with experience managing multi-functional teams.
- Technical Competence: Solid understanding of AI technologies
and trends, with the ability to translate technical concepts into
business value.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the biopharma or healthcare
industry, with a deep understanding of its regulatory and market
dynamics.Competencies:
- Critical Thinking: Ability to develop long-term plans that
align AI literacy and GTM strategies with broader organizational
goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication
skills to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and
accessible manner.
- Collaboration: Demonstrable ability to work effectively across
diverse teams and build consensus among key collaborators.What you
