Job Description:
House Majority PAC is an organization designed to hold
Republicans accountable and help elect more House Democrats. House
Majority PAC is committed to building a long-term organization that
can take on the Republican outside groups in the battle for the
House Majority.The Digital Director will serve as a senior member
of the IE team for the 2026 election cycle and work closely with IE
Director, Deputy IE Director, and Research Director to develop,
execute and manage a multi-million dollar advertising and
mobilization campaign in partnership with HMP vendors across the
battlefield. In addition, the Digital Director will oversee HMP's
content creator program that is slated to launch later this
year.The ideal candidate will have multiple cycles worth of
experience building and executing large scale electoral advertising
campaigns as well as experience managing organic content creator
programs and partnerships.Duties & Responsibilities:Digital
Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership and
vendors to create and execute comprehensive digital persuasion
strategies that prioritize key platforms while also exploring
innovative advertising tactics to enhance audience
engagement.Content Creator Program Management: Oversee the launch
and execution of HMP's organic content creator program by managing
relevant vendors. This includes building processes for content
message briefs, content review and approval, and establishing a
strategic approach to maximize impact, reach, and effectiveness,
and working with vendors to develop and execute a comprehensive
approach to leveraging creator content in paid advertising
programs.Vendor Oversight: Supervise and manage relationships with
HMP's digital advertising vendors to ensure alignment with
advertising vision, budget efficiency, and effective execution of
media plans.Creative Asset Management: Develop and oversee
processes to track advertising content calendars in partnership
with IE staff and vendors to ensure timely delivery of creative
assets and integration into HMP's internal approval process.
Partner with HMP's operations staff to ensure compliant IE
reporting.Campaign Tracking: Leverage ad monitoring software to
track digital spending by campaigns and other entities to optimize
HMP's media plans. Identify spending discrepancies and investments
across platforms, in partnership with HMP staff and vendors, to
adjust advertising programs as necessary on an ongoing
basis.Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of
advertising programs by establishing and tracking key performance
indicators (KPIs) related to vendor performance, media plan
execution, and overall campaign success.Cross-Department
Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with regional
political directors and HMP leadership to ensure seamless execution
of advertising plans in alignment with overall campaign objectives.
Collaborate with HMP staff to make sure deadlines are met and
programs are executed in a timely manner.Innovation and Market
Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging digital platforms and
advertising trends to provide strategic recommendations for new
advertising opportunities that align with target audience
engagement goals.Qualifications:- Demonstrated commitment to
promoting Democratic values and causes- Minimum three cycles of
experience in electoral advertising and organic content creation
programs- Strong grasp of modern consumption habits and media
planning- Desire to innovate with advertising tactics- Experience
with independent expenditure and paid media programs- Experience
working in the U.S. House of Representatives or on House campaigns
highly preferred- Strong work ethic and willingness to take
ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities; ability to work
independently and proactively- Ability to work under pressure and
remain flexible and adaptable as needs and priorities change;
experience managing to multiple deadlines- Excellent organizational
skills with keen attention to detailSolid verbal, written,
research, and interpersonal skills- Some management experience
preferredLOCATION: Washington, DCSTART DATE: Summer 2025END DATE:
December 2026SALARY: Starting at $125,000 annualized, commensurate
with experienceThis is a temporary [cycle-based], at will position
with an anticipated end date of no later than December 15, 2026Our
