The HR Strategy and Transformation Digital Enablement team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned talent technology professional that thrives in a cross-functional collaborative team and has an innovative mindset, comfortable in translating strategic initiatives into tangible technology implementations. This role will act as a liaison between the Talent stakeholders, technology teams, and technology vendors to incubate and drive projects and will have responsibility to provide project management and operational oversight of Learning & Development and Onboarding applications with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience, quality delivery, and operational efficiency.

Work you'll do

As the Digital Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of critical talent technologies
  • Coordinate with the Talent process owners and subject matter advisors to ensure the appropriate Talent representation is included in preparation, design and testing workshops
  • Manage the user acceptance testing process - including reviewing test materials, identifying and tracking tester resources and test completion status, reporting and reviewing testing results
  • Support the Digital Enablement leadership team with support for key programs and projects
  • Create business cases to demonstrate the return-on-investment related to digital solutions
  • Collaborate with other subject matter experts to propose innovative digital solutions that shape the customer experience
  • Design workshops and other planning sessions to ensure that system configurations, process designs, and testing plans meet the talent business owners' needs
  • Coach, mentor, and provide development opportunities for team members
  • Perform other role-related duties as needed

    The HR Strategy and Transformation team is reimagining how Talent fuels our Deloitte businesses through innovative, customer-centric, digitally enabled talent services. We take a human-centered approach to creating unified, personalized, and intuitive experiences that use data and digital solutions to optimize the way that Talent works, the workforce, and the workplace. Our team - in partnership with our Talent stakeholders, IT partners, and technology vendors - supports the design, configuration, and implementation of technology solutions that will enhance the employee experience, optimize productivity, and create value for the Firm.


    • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience
    • Expertise leading talent technology implementations or enhancing enterprise digital talent solutions - from concept to deployment
    • Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
    • Leadership experience in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset
    • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office technology (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
      • Prior experience related to Learning & Development and/or Onboarding functions, processes, or systems
      • Background and experience with Talent systems and processes; or Human Capital; or Consulting experience; or IT/Field Operations project management experience
      • Knowledge of the professional services industry
      • Some level of certification from Project Management Institute (PMI)
        The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,070 to $175,080.

        You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
