CACI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator (Cost &
Production) to provide technical and program support for the MMSC
Ship Program , CSC Program , SEA05 , and other major NAVSEA and DHS
clients. This role plays a key part in developing Independent
Government Estimates (IGEs) for U.S. Naval ship acquisition
programs, including new construction and major modification
projects. This plays a critical role in supporting national defense
and maritime readiness programs. Join a mission-driven team at CACI

significance. Location : 305 Fellowship Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ Work
Type : Hybrid/Remote (on-site schedule determined by the manager)
Security Clearance : Active DoD Secret clearance preferred Key
Responsibilities Develop detailed Independent Contractor Estimates
supporting the DoD , NAVSEA , DHS , U.S. Coast Guard , and other
government agencies. Collaborate with Program Managers , Lead
Engineers , and Contracts Personnel to assess and validate cost
proposals and supporting documentation. Create and manage
Excel-based cost models for both Operating & Sustainment (O&S)
and acquisition estimates. Perform analysis on Earned Value
Management (EVM) data for large-scale shipbuilding programs.
Support change orders , trade-off studies , conversion programs ,
and other cost estimate needs across internal and external
stakeholders in a matrixed organization . Qualifications Required:
5–10 years of experience in cost estimation and production planning
for U.S. Navy , Coast Guard , Army , or Military Sealift Command
(MSC) vessels. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including
formulas, custom sheets, and cost modeling). Strong understanding
of: U.S. Navy surface ship construction and modernization processes
Hull and ship systems Trade disciplines in shipbuilding, repair,
and modernization Experience interpreting and working with NAVSEA
Standard Items and CAD plans . Desired : Associate or Bachelor’s
Degree in a relevant field Active DoD Secret Clearance At least 5
years of direct experience in U.S. Navy or commercial shipbuilding
support Hands-on background as a ship-fitter, electrician,
pipe-fitter, machinist , or equivalent tradesman Experience as an
Estimator, Planner/Estimator, or Journeyman-level technician

factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited
to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor
categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience,
specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

position. The proposed salary range for this position is:
