Seeking an experienced Naval Architect to provide technical and
management support for a U.S. Navy acquisition program in our
Washington DC office. Responsibilities: • Develop and analyze new
ships and ship system concepts. • Manage the overall schedule,
risk, and resource management for integrated product teams. •
Prepare budgets and schedules to support overall acquisition
schedule for U.S. Navy ships. • Provide technical and planning
support to U.S. Navy program office to meet program milestones and
mitigate risk. • Work with program Technical Director to plan and
direct work required to resolve technical issues. Qualifications
Required: • Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture or Ocean
Engineering • Ten or more years experience in U.S. Navy ship design
and engineering. • Five or more years experience supporting a U.S.
Navy program office. • Strong organization and time management
skills. • Good interpersonal skills to work with project teams and
stakeholders. • Must be a US citizen and have ability to obtain and
maintain a security clearance. • Skills in Microsoft Office • Good
written and verbal (English) communication skills. Desired: •
Experience with U.S. Navy surface combatants. This position is
contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However,
this position is representative of positions within CACI that are

factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited
to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor
categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience,
specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
